Over the past few years we have noticed that many of our customers would appreciate the ability to do Christmas preorders at the same time that they place orders with DTR companies. Historically we have always released our Christmas ranges when they become available on delivery.
We are pleased to rollout a new feature on the website whereby you can add items to a preorder. To achieve this you will have 2 shopping carts on the website. One is your normal shopping basket for items due for delivery as usual. The other is a 'preorder shopping basket' which serves as a way to add items from our preorder ranges.
You will be able to see the expected delivery date noted on the products available to preorder and when you have finished adding items to your preorder basket, you can follow the checkout link designed to handle your preorder.
We have special preorder sections that contain all of the product that is available for preorder, only items from these sections can be added to your preorder basket.
To place a preorder we will require a non-refundable 10% deposit on the total. Some items in our preorder sections are also currently in stock, we will reserve these on your behalf until your final order is picked when everything has arrived to complete your order accordingly.
Once we have picked your order after items have arrived with us, we will contact you to arrange to settle the remaining balance on your order, then despatching your order.
Preordering is a great way to reserve the best of the coming ranges before they arrive and are purchased by others.
As this is our first year operating preorders, we are happy to discuss or listen to your feedback about the process if you wish to get in touch. The obvious and main product area is Christmas but we will also be adding other ranges ahead of time so that you can order them before they arrive too!
