Updated EU Order Process

Now that the UK has left the EU, we have a revised process for sending orders to EU destinations. We will remove VAT from orders destined for the EU and provide customs and excise documentation ready for your local customs handling and processing. The UK now has a trade agreement for UK or EU originating product whereby no tariffs will be applied. Any fees or tariff duties are conducted by your local jurisdiction and will be payable on receipt from our carrier. We will obtain the most competitive shipping quotation to your destination and liaise with you about the best route for delivery.

What are my delivery options?

Subject to availability and our current work load, we aim to pick and despatch the same day via a next-day service if the order is placed early enough. If your order comes to less than £100.00, we charge a subsidised and flat shipping rate of £2.95 unless your location falls under the postcode exceptions noted in the box below entitled 'How much do I need to spend for free delivery'. In that instance we will provide you with a custom shipping price (also subsidised).

Can I pay via credit card?

Yes our online ordering facility is connected to a highly secure payment gateway, we accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and debit cards.

What is the minimum order value?

We are not operating a minimum order value at the present time.

Do you accept International Orders

Yes we can and do work with most international destinations. In order to get an idea of the shipping cost to your destination, you first need to add all of the product that you wish to order to your shopping basket as normal. When complete - Proceed through the checkout process where there is a delivery option which allows you to select international shipping. Once you have selected this your provisional order will be submitted to us for shipping quotation.

We then take the size and weight of your order and obtain a competitive quote which we will contact you back about, allowing you to decide whether to proceed. Alternatively we can also work with your preferred shipping company if you already use a shipper.

How much do I need to spend for free delivery?

If your order comes to more than £100.00 we will provide free delivery to mainland UK destinations other than to the exceptions below. Your order will be despatched on a next-day service and we despatch the same day (if received before 12PM).

If your location falls under the following postcodes, we have to obtain a custom price from our delivery partner and come back to you with any surcharge added by our shipper (Please note we still subsidise this shipping price in line with all UK customers).

I have an existing discount arrangement with another supplier, can I discuss this with you?

Our prices already include a competitive discount offering our customers plenty of opportunity to improve their margins. We aim to be competitive, we may be able to improve your discount if you purchase in significant volumes please call us on 01603 701225 to discuss further.

Do the Greeting Cards Come Wrapped?

Yes, our cards are Cellophane wrapped as standard, each dozen / half dozen is packaged and then each card has its own individual packaging. Any unwrapped product will be marked as unwrapped on the product description
