How do I buy online?

We have an express signup process to create an account located here. Once you have signed up you will see buttons on our product listings to add to your shopping basket. Simply complete the checkout process when you have finished and we will review and dispatch your order accordingly.

What is the minimum order value?

We are not operating a minimum order value at the present time.

Do the Greeting Cards Come Wrapped?

Yes, our cards are Cellophane wrapped as standard, each dozen / half dozen is packaged and then each card has its own individual packaging.

How much do I need to spend for free delivery?

If your order comes to more than £175.00 we will provide free delivery to UK destinations. Your order will usually be delivered within 3 business days by courier.

What are my delivery options?

Subject to availability, we aim to pick and despatch the same day via a next-day service if the order is placed early enough. Your order should be delivered to you within 3 business days. If your order comes to less than £175.00, we charge a subsidised and flat shipping rate of £5.95.

Do you accept International Orders

Yes, we can trade internationally, as the process can be quite involved, please contact us via email or give us a call for guidance. Typically adding to an order with your shopping basket and then proceeding all the way up to the payment pages is the first step. This allows us to then look at your order and provide adjustments such as VAT and shipping accordingly.
